The chemical industry is an advantageous and pillar industry in Shandong's economic development. Shandong Lianmeng Chemical Group is a comprehensive large-scale chemical group. Led by fertilizer products, it integrates coal chemical, phosphorus chemical, bio-chemical, and equipment manufacturing. Its main products include more than 30 varieties such as synthetic ammonia, urea, methanol, ethylenediamine, liquid carbon dioxide, compound fertilizer, glucose, sorbitol, mannitol, trehalose, and vitamin C.

Since its establishment in 1997, the Alliance Chemical Group has become one of the top 100 chemical enterprises in China, one of the top 500 manufacturing enterprises in China, and one of the top ten fertilizer manufacturers in the country. It is the largest ethylenediamine production enterprise in China and the largest sugar alcohol producer in the world.

Application Solution

To meet the group's safety production needs, Corerain has carried out intelligent transformation and upgrading of the safety production supervision system. It provides an integrated AI video analytics solution to help the company implement unified intelligent management of factory videos. More than ten algorithms such as fire and smoke recognition, fence climbing detection, danger zone intrusion detection, absence detection, personnel gathering detection, phone call detection, smoking detection, safety helmet wearing detection, and three-wheeler passenger detection are deployed. The camera data is digitally processed and visually presented to achieve 24-hour automatic control and real-time alerts for abnormal situations, completing timely and effective visual management of safety production.

Implementation results

After the cooperation of this project was confirmed, within one month, our team successively deployed solutions and completed effect optimization for seven factory areas including petrochemical, fertilizer, sugar alcohol, VC, etc. under the Group and its Alliance Energy gas stations. This helps the group achieve pre-warning, in-event control, and post-event evidence collection, and enables intelligent and effective control of safety risks.

Corerain's AI video analytics platform conducts 24-hour real-time safety supervision on a total of about 400 video channels. The safety production management dimension has increased by 40% compared to the past, the alarm accuracy is as high as 95%, releasing more than 10 security personnel and improving the safety management efficiency of staff.
