Lack of Integrated Management

Seperate management of people, vehicles and goods in the plant in different management systems leads to inefficient management directly.

Application Solution

Based on the GIS of the chemical park, a closed management platform is established to integrate video analysis, people/vehicle control, and hazard source management.Provide customized intelligent analysis algorithms for people/vehicle control and hazard source management.

Implementation results

This project has integrated the cameras of four mines of Jintao. With 64 channels deployed on each server, it has successfully realized intelligent supervision of safe production, enabling timely detection of violations and safety risks. The alarm accuracy reaches 95%, and the safety management efficiency is increased by 60%.

The project has been in normal operation for more than 400 days. The integrated design scheme has reduced infrastructure renovation investment, enabled rapid implementation and significantly shortened the delivery cycle. By building a closed park comprehensive management system integrating query, positioning, management and analysis, it helps the chemical plant's technological transformation and upgrading and realizes cost reduction and efficiency increase.
