Its production base in Jingzhou City, Hubei Province has undergone a comprehensive relocation and upgrading project for a period of three years. It meets the world's first-class safety and environmental protection standards and is an important part of Adama's global production layout.

Solutions

-Based on the GIS of the chemical park, a closed management platform is established to integrate video analysis, people/vehicle control, and hazard source management.


-Provide customized intelligent analysis algorithms for people/vehicle control and hazard source management.


Results
The main functions include real-time anlaysis of videos, centralized management of equipment, intelligent scheduling of algorithm, back query of alarm log, and alarm data counting etc., which provide strong support for unmanned comprehensive analysis and effectively reduce dangerous accidents in the warehouse.
The project has been in normal operation for more than 400 days. The integrated design scheme has reduced infrastructure renovation investment, enabled rapid implementation and significantly shortened the delivery cycle. By building a closed park comprehensive management system integrating query, positioning, management and analysis, it helps the chemical plant's technological transformation and upgrading and realizes cost reduction and efficiency increase.
